This event has been created to bring out all the power & confidence you posses. A beginners based dance class that welcomes everyBODY and all abilities to help release your inner magic and remember how wonderful you are.
An afternoon filled with love, support, power and most importantly – FUN!!
Dance isn’t the only thing on the menu during your time at ‘Empower Me’ – there will be moments of bonding, time to reflect and grounding exercises.
Expect to sweat, scream, unleash, increase self worth, gain confidence, feel therapised, feel supported and most of all feel FREE!!
I am SO EXCITED to dance with you all and watch you all bloom. It’s going to be a seriously magical day.
Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, so if you’re coming alone, have no fear, you’ll make friends in no time. We are all in the same boat.
