What does an Accessible Viewing Area Ticket include?
Includes: Guestlist Queue Jump + 1x Wheelchair Space/Seat + 1x Free Companion Ticket (standing spot in the viewing area).
– Each access ticket allows you and your carer/companion to enter the venue.
– Due to the size of the ACCESS AREA, only the carer/companion will be allowed to join you in a standing spot (if the area is fully booked), the venue will not accommodate further guests.
– The ACCESS AREA is step-free
– If this is your first-time attending HERE at Outernet you may be required to send over proof of eligibility. We will contact you in a timely manner if this is needed but do feel free to email the access team at accessibility@outernetlive.com for further information.

What does a Companion Ticket include?
Includes: Queue Jump + 1x Standing Ticket + 1x Companion Ticket
– Each Companion ticket allows you and your carer/companion to enter the venue reserving one standing ticket for yourself + a free standing ticket for your carer/companion.

Is there a Queue jump add on available, or priority access for General Admission tickets?
You can reserve a queue jump only via the venue upon purchase of a ticket – accessibility@outernetlive.com.

Are there any other areas away from the crowd in the venue?
Please be advised, that apart from the Accessibility Viewing Area, we cannot guarantee space away from crowds inside the venue.
We can however organise re-entry per request (please email accessibility@outernetlive.com or mention to our guest list person/host upon arrival).
What to expect on arrival for shows?
If you have an accessibility ticket, companion ticket, and/or a queue jump ticket on top of your original ticket purchased, please head to the guest list queue (you can ask security/door staff around the venue if you have any trouble finding it) where our guest list person/host will scan your ticket and let you and your party in + show you around and answer any questions you may have, if needed.
Do you have disabled parking?
There is no parking at the venue – the closest blue badge bays are located in Soho and Chinatown in the Q-park car parks.

Effect Lighting
Please be aware that smoke machines, strobe lighting, and lasers may be used during some performances.

Useful Information
Accessible Toilets – You can find the accessible toilets back left as you are looking at the stage on both the mezzanine and basement floor.
Lowered Bar – You can find the lowered bar on the mezzanine on the left-hand side of the bar.
Lifts – You can access the ground floor, mezzanine level, and basement floor via our lifts.
Host – We will have a host on hand throughout the night to show you around the venue and answer any questions you may have on the night.
Priority Access – We offer Priority Access to avoid the door queue and shorten the time spent in the queue. Priority Access is included in the Accessible Viewing Platform ticket, as well as Companion ticket. You can also request a queue jump through the venue upon purchase of a ticket – accessibility@outernetlive.com
Step-Free Access – HERE has step-free access to the box office via the guest list queue, toilets (mezzanine and basement floor), and all of the main event space.
