Accessibility
HERE is an unseated venue with step-free access throughout. Below you’ll find useful information regarding the accessibility at HERE, as well as how to request assistance to get your requirements accommodated.
Viewing Area Ticket – Wheelchair / Seated
For all music events, we have a limited capacity Accessibility Viewing Area for fans who require space for a mobility aid and those who require a seat. This allows each ticket holder a spot or seat in the viewing area, a standing spot in said area for the included companion, as well as queue jump via their guest list queue, if required.
These are available to purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. You can purchase the accessibility viewing area ticket via the DICE listing. For high-demand shows, you may be required to send over proof of eligibility – the venue will check in with you if this is the case, so no need to send this unless you receive an email from their team asking for this.
If these tickets are sold out, you can join the wait list, and if another fan chooses to return their ticket, this could then be offered to you to purchase.
HERE can only accommodate up to one companion per spot or seat in the Accessibility Viewing Area.
Note: Your companion ticket covers both of you, so please ensure you arrive at the doors together!
General Admission + Companion
We have a limited number of essential companion tickets for all music events at HERE, available to purchase. The companion tickets will allow entry for the ticket holder and 1 companion. These are available to purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. You can purchase a companion ticket via the DICE listing.
If you’re planning to attend with two General Admission tickets while on the companion wait list and a companion spot becomes available for you to purchase, Outernet will refund your original purchase. Just reach out to accessibility@outernetlive.com to get that sorted.
Note: Your companion ticket covers both of you, so please ensure you arrive at the doors together!
Queue Jump
We offer Queue Jump to avoid the door queue and shorten the time spent in the queue for those that are require this. If this would be beneficial, please purchase the ticket type of your choice and then check in with dice.fm/contact to reserve said queue jump.
Please note, that immediate assistance cannot be guaranteed, so please reach out with as much notice as possible. If you’re requesting help on the day of the event, please also reach out to the venue directly via accessibility@outernetlive.com.
